Liz fell in love with yoga when she realized that it brought her closer to the person she’d always wanted to be. After suffering from anxiety all her life, she found that linking breath to movement allowed the mental chatter to fade away, leaving room for all the love, creativity and FUN that life has to offer!

Her classes combine strength and gentle stretch that will leave the student with a sense of balance and peace. She is passionate about sharing the joy that yoga has brought into her own life, to fill the world with more joyful people.

With a style that draws from elements of Hatha, Vinyasa and Meditation, she aspires to inspire you to start your own yoga love story.
