Neck, Back & Shoulder Massage

Short on time? We relieve tension and stress in the neck, back, and shoulders while releasing tight areas through massage therapy.

Sports Massage

We work with the athlete to customize a plan that complements their training schedule. Massage therapy and stretching are combined to alleviate pain and tightness, and to increase the athlete’s performance.

Deep-Tissue Massage

Our most popular massage. We combine our expertise in deep tissue massage, neuromuscular therapy, and swedish massage to create a massage tailored to your specific needs.

Prenatal Massage

Relaxation and tranquility for the mom-to-be. For optimum comfort, pregnancy massage is done side-lying with pillows placed under the stomach, leg, and head. It is recommended to talk to your healthcare professional and get approval for pregnancy massage.

Massage in the first trimester is not recommended.
